The DT-400S servo driven screen printing machine is designed for screen printing round containers that do or do not have a registration lug on the bottom.  The DT-400S servo driven screen-printing machine is used for decorating plastic bottles, aluminum sports water bottles, glass bottles/ containers, oil filters, and soft plastic tubes (when equipped with special mandrel tooling).  The DT-400S screen printing machine features quick & simple tooling changeovers and precise color re-registration that is done with a servo motor (bottles with registration lug) and/ or an optical sensor for alignment of the second or third colors on bottles (those without a registration lug).  All the machine’s controls are conveniently accessed from the touch screen, making this round container screen-printing machine easy to operate and the perfect all-around screen-printing press for your semi-automatic screen printing needs.
