Another standard automation component from microPrint is their “Rotary Device” that can rotate an injection molded part or blow molded part 360° and it can also be equipped with a tilt/ angle device.  The Rotary Device is servo driven and extremely precise and rotation values are stored in the pad printing machines PLC and all job values can be quickly recalled making job set-ups very quick and simple. All of these standard microPrint automation devices are Plug & Print™ capable (Note, your current software may need to be updated remotely). The rotary device can also be outfitted with pneumatic clamping and air inflation for pad printing on plastic bottles with a soft-sided walls.  The tilt/ angle device can be pneumatic, or servo driven depending upon your precise needs. While these are standard pad printing automation items they can be customized as well.
