Construction
Deco Tech is a distributor for the Eino Products - Diamond Roller Chase re-tensionable screen print frames to our customers in the industrial screen printing market. Back in 2006 Diamond’s development team completely re-designed their Roller Chase Screen Printing frames and the improved results and feedback from pressmen have been excellent. These high quality roller chase frame features an all metal construction with stronger components (compared to their past design and compared to copycats) and they now have a top loading double rod locking system which captures the screen mesh fabric quickly and consistently with the use of a roller-wheel insertion tool. Additional features include molded internal threads that are sealed within the polished end lug preventing the possibility of water getting inside the hollow framework. Furthermore, there is NO O-RING REQUIRED! The frames corner sections have been greatly strengthened and you can see that this frame is top quality with a superior design. These frames are made from high quality aluminum die cast and they are secondarily polished as a final step in the manufacturing process. Bottom line is with the improved frame strength and smart looking appearance, these Diamond brand Roller Chase frames are the best in the business!
