The Deco Tech model DT-125-2C is a two color closed cup pad printing machine that is both user-friendly and easy to setup with an operator interface that features a membrane control panel (microprocessor controlled) on the front of the machine and the faceplate is easy to understand with icons and an LCD display. The DT-125-2C pad printer is equipped with a pneumatic part shuttle table or as an option a pad transport shuttle. Our Deco Tech brand pad printing machines meet OSHA safety standards as they are fully guarded with interlocked left and right side Plexiglas guards and the machine is equipped with an ESTOP button next to the control panel. The DT-125-2C has fully adjustable pad stroke length controls on the right side of the machine with numerical calibration for adjusting the stroke to the part and to the cliché. The DT-125-2C pad printer features a solid built welded steel machine frame and base that has adjustable floor levelers and a height adjustable X/Y/R worktable standard. The X/Y/R worktable has a T-Slot for quick mounting of your part fixture. The DT-125-2C is equipped with two 90mm diameter ink cups and two X/Y/R adjustable cliché holders (100 x 215mm) for precise alignment of artworks. The clichés can be photo polymer, thin steel (0.5mm), thick steel (10mm) or laser etched varieties and Deco Tech provides a full array of industrial printing consumable supplies, technical support & product training for our DT SERIES of pad printing machinery.
