In our grand format model DT-1220-ServoRex servo motor four-post screen printing machine, lifts the screen frame straight-up & down vertically keeping the ink always in the print zone. Furthermore, with the Servo indexed slide table, the operator can easily load and unload flat metal, plastic, or glass sheet stock panels, and this slide table offers the added benefit of being able to inspect the printed sheet easily visually, without any obstructed view of the sheet. This Servo Driven Screen Printing Machine comes standard with a high powered vacuum table, and it is ideally suited for screen printing flat sheet products up to 1,200 x 2,000mm print size.

1. Four-Post Screen Frame System

• Planetary reducer with chain-driven four-post synchronous transmission for precise positioning.
• Four-post locking mechanism ensures parallel alignment between the printing stroke and the worktable.
• Left and right frame arms feature height adjustment for precise screen leveling.
• X/Y/R micro-adjustable screen frame positioning
• Pneumatic micro-adjustment screen frame clamping for quick installation and removal, with check valves to maintain locking even in case of power or air loss.
• Servo-controlled progressive screen lift prevents the screen from adhering to the substrate, with adjustable lift height and synchronized movement based on printing speed.

• Servo motor with swing-arm drive enables precise front/rear table movement on linear guide rails (positioning accuracy ≤0.05 mm).
• High-rigidity aluminum profile rail supports ensure long-term stability.

3. Advanced Printing Mechanism

• Servo-driven horizontal print stroke on linear guide rails for smooth and precise movement.
• Pneumatic-driven squeegee and flood bar movement ensures consistent pressure for uniform ink deposition.
• Adjustable depth, angle, and tilt for both squeegee and flood bar, with micrometer fine-tuning.

• Smart "soft-start" printing function applies a light pressure at the beginning of the stroke before transitioning to full pressure—preventing damage to screen mesh while optimizing ink deposition.

4. Intelligent Control System

•  7-inch HMI touchscreen for intuitive parameter setting and data storage, enabling digital control of printing quality.
• Mitsubishi PLC controls with intuitive touchscreen layout design for easy to learn operation.

• Storage of job data parameters (print stroke length and sheet thickness/ off-contact distance) for faster job set-ups.

5. Safety and Protection Features

•  Automatic air pressure detection with shut off and light tower warning system in case of insufficient pressure.
• Safety bar prevents table movement when not in position, ensuring operator protection.
• Built-in safety circuit immediately stops operation and displays fault details on the HMI in case of errors or malfunctions, with an emergency reset function.
