The DT-175S is a one color automatic UV screen printer that has been updated for 2025 with a servo driven screen printing head (horizontal axis). The DT-175S is well suited for screen printing on flexible or rigid plastic or metal tubes, plastic jars, and lids, medical vials, syringes, and other cylinders up to 75mm in diameter. The DT-175S UV cured screen printing machine offers increased productivity over any semi-automatic solutions and this system holds unrivalled value for the money. The DT-175S is driven by a 12 station vertically mounted AC motor driven rotary indexing table that is equipped with a high-end Transtechno brand (Italian) drive motor. The screen printing head is servo driven as well as the infeed conveyor (application specific). The DT-175S automatic screen printer is also equipped with a HPE brand UV curing unit which produces high intensity (3.6 KW) curing power and as an option can be outfitted with LED UV unit. The DT-175S is equipped with servo driven infeed conveyor belt for automatic feeding of parts onto the mandrels with a mechanical pusher-arm and the system also includes flame pre-treatment station, de-ionizing station, SICK brand optical re-registration system (optional) for alignment of multi-passes with precise color to color alignment.
