OVERVIEW

The DT-416-CNC is a fully automatic screen printing automation for screen printing on both plastic and glass containers such as, shampoo bottles, body lotion bottles, glass beverage bottles, cosmetic jars, etc.. The DT-418-CNC is a multi-color fully servo driven rotary screen printing machine with a 16 station servo driven rotary indexing table. Also, the container rotation devices (16) are fully servo driven and programmable and the screen printing heads are 100% servo driven, and all job parameters can be stored in the machines PLC (Beckhoff brand Germany) and quickly called up for extremely fast job changeover times. This unique screen printing automation allows you to print on round containers, oval containers, flat containers and other unique shaped containers. Furthermore, the DT-416-CNC screen printing system is equipped with the newest high powered and cool running state-of-the-art LED UV curing units and they are positioned directly after each printing station. After loading of the containers this machine can be equipped with various options including Plasma pre-treatment, flame pre-treating, deionizing head and even CCD camera system for alignment of unique shaped containers. The DT-416-CNC is also outfitted with Beckhoff PLC controller with touch screen interface.
